Registration – 46th Meeting of the Brazilian Econometric Society

The 46th Meeting of the Brazilian Society of Econometrics (SBE) will be held at the SERHS Natal Grand Hotel & Resort, Natal/RN, from December 10 to 13, 2024.

We will continue the policy established last year: only students who are currently enrolled in Postgraduate Programs in Economics or related fields, and whose papers have been accepted for presentation, will have their accommodation expenses covered by SBE. This policy aims to encourage and acknowledge the efforts of students by providing them with the opportunity to present their research and engage with fellow academics and professionals in the field of economics. Please note that accommodations will be provided in shared double rooms, meaning each participant will share a room with another attendee. Single occupancy rooms will not be available.

It is also important to emphasize that while SBE will not cover accommodation costs for professors at this event, we have successfully negotiated a special exclusive rate for professors who have had their papers accepted for presentation at the 46th EBE. Through this arrangement, professors can benefit from reduced accommodation rates, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay during the event.

All students and professors with accepted papers will be provided with lunch vouchers for the duration of the event, from December 10 to 13, 2024.

  • Executive car for 1 to 3 people – R$ 150.00 (per way);
  • Executive van 4 to 10 seats – R$ 350.00 (per way);
  • Executive van 11 to 20 seats – R$ 450.00 (per way).

Important Deadlines:

  • The registration of participants with accepted papers must be completed by September 29, 2024, to ensure inclusion in the meeting program.
  • Please be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
