2024 Imds-SBE AWARD
IMDS-SBE AWARD – 2024
In partnership with the BRAZILIAN ECONOMETRIC SOCIETY, the INSTITUTO MOBILIDADE E DESENVOLVIMENTO SOCIAL – IMDS, promotes the IMDS-SBE AWARD, 2024 Edition.
Competing for the IMDS-SBE EDITION 2024 PRIZE will be works, individual or collective, submitted to the 46th Brazilian Econometrics Meeting, in the areas of applied microeconomics or macroeconomic equilibrium models, which address one of the following thematic sub-lines:
- Cognitive and socio-emotional training of children, adolescents and young people;
- Literacy;
- Basic education;
- Health care for children, adolescents and young people;
- Support for pregnancy;
- Training and productive inclusion of young people;
- Prevention of youth violence;
- Impacts on the human capital accumulation capacity of children and young people resulting from environmental phenomena; It is
- Impact assessment of affirmative action policies
The Scientific Committee of the 46th Brazilian Meeting of Econometrics, in the area of Applied Microeconomics, will evaluate the submitted works and select those approved for presentation at the 46th Brazilian Meeting of Econometrics. The two works that deal with one of the themes listed above that receive the highest score from the Committee will be nominated for presentation in the IMDS-SBE EDITION 2024 AWARD Session.
The selection of first and second place will be carried out by a specific Committee for the Award, appointed by the Brazilian Society of Econometrics, which will monitor the presentation of the works and will then meet to define the awards.
